Guild IDs are used to store data related to respective guilds in Lucie's database, this includes all necessary data that Lucie needs to store permanently, like its configuration. Guild IDs are also used in accordance with interaction logs, which are used to track down other potential problems. None of this information is accessed for any other purpose.
