Lucie does not use the collected data for any other purpose.

Lucie temporarily stores message content when auto-translations occur. This data is kept only in a log file for troubleshooting purposes and is overwritten whenever the bot restarts, resulting in automatic deletion of previously logged data. As a result, message content is not retained beyond the bot's current runtime.

Guild IDs and their associated configuration data are stored permanently to allow the Bot to retain settings and preferences for each guild. This ensures that guilds can restore their configurations seamlessly if the Bot is removed and re-added later. If a guild administrator wishes to permanently delete all data associated with their guild, they can contact us through our official Discord server to request data deletion.

5. Disclosure of Information

Lucie does not share any collected data with third parties, except where required by law or to protect the security and functionality of the Bot.

Lucie employs appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.
